We offer a range of standard underground units to accept 3 core SWA cable from 6.0mm to 25.0mm.
The enclosures are IP67 Polycarbonate with clear lids and fitted with IP68 brass and plastic cable glands.
There are two enclosure sizes available 200mm x 200mm suitable for 6.0mm or 10.0mm cable which can be used in a 450mm x 450mm chamber.
A 300mm x 300mm enclosure for 16.0mm to 25.0mm cable which will require a 600mm x 450mm chamber.
Units can be supplied as ONE Way (loop in) or TWO WAY (loop in loop out), they can also have a spur supply if requested. Units are supplied with 5m of flex as standard and with inline plug and sockets for the power and sensor cables.
In addition to our passive undergrounds, we can also offer MOBS (Mechanical Only Breakaway System) units, with or without an RCBO, again these can supplied in 200 x 200 enclosures or 300 x 300 enclosures subject to cable size.

We can also supply an enclosure mounting plate for attaching to a chamber wall to support the underground unit, which should be mounted as high as possible within the chamber.
